Warranty Terms and Conditions

These Warranty Terms and Conditions apply to all products sold by Coop Equipment Ltd (a private limited company registered in England under number 16541104, whose registered address is Thomas House Meadowcroft Business Park, Pope Lane, Whitestake, Preston, Lancashire, England, PR4 4AZ. By purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Equipment and Warranty Duration

The Flexi Reformer comes with a Limited Warranty covering specific components for designated periods. This warranty applies only to defects reported in writing within the applicable Limited Warranty Period and as long as the product remains with the original purchaser.

  • Frame = 10 years

  • Mechanical parts (Springs, Wheels, Tracks, Foot bar,) = 1 year

  • Loop straps, foot strap, ropes = 1 year

Spare parts are available under warranty when required; otherwise, they are available for purchase.

Conditions of Warranty

All warranties apply from the date the equipment is delivered to the customer and supported with evidence of a receipt and proof of delivery. The warranty includes parts only and does not include labour costs associated with replacing such parts.

All parts must have been purchased from Coop Equipment Ltd, failing which, all equipment warranty including frame warranty will be void.

The warranty is given only to its initial purchaser at the address of delivery and terminates on its physical or ownership transfer unless authorised by Coop Equipment Ltd.

In all cases, Coop Equipment Ltd has the sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of a fault. Coop Equipment Ltd’s determination is final. We reserve the right to either replace or refund the price of any defective part under this warranty.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the parts to be fitted at their expense. This warranty shall be void if the failure or defect was attributed to any extrinsic cause, accidental damage, improper use, modification, adaptation, neglect, wear and tear, or improper installation.

Warranty Claims and Process

A Coop Equipment Ltd representative will assess any reported fault and may suggest potential solutions for the customer to attempt.

Coop Equipment Ltd will provide replacement parts for faulty components once a diagnosis has been completed (where possible) and photographic or video evidence of the fault has been submitted.

To request a replacement part, the original purchaser must contact Coop Equipment Ltd (flexiformer@gmail.com). Once the request has been reviewed and approved, a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Number will be issued.

Exclusions

This cover does not extend to damage caused by:

  • Improper care, improper installation, improper operation, negligence, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

  • Imperfections that are within design specifications or that do not materially alter functionality.

  • The fading of colours and materials caused by natural effects of UV light over time.

  • Unauthorised modifications or attempts to repair the equipment.

  • Leaving the equipment outdoors for any duration.

  • Abuse, chemical damage, or use of unsuitable cleaning agents.

  • Any defects resulting from not maintaining or correctly operating the equipment.

This warranty applies only to brand-new equipment; second-hand purchases are not covered. Coop Equipment Ltd has the right to void any warranty if the goods are used for anything other than normal purposes. Warranty claims are limited to the value at which Coop Equipment Ltd was purchased (excluding delivery costs and optional extras).

Disclaimer

Coop Equipment Ltd will not be liable for loss of use of the equipment or any incidental expenses incurred because of the replacement of the equipment. Any replacement parts supplied during the warranty period will assume only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product. Strictly manufacturing faults and defects only.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice; however, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes as soon as practicable.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Servicing

  • We don’t currently offer in-person servicing, but we’re happy to assist via FaceTime once replacement parts are received.

  • Labour or fitting is the customer’s responsibility.
